Is it required NOC for Government Employees to attend H1B visa interview?

I am State Government Employee In India, I am going to attend H1B Visa interview shortly. My doubt is a Governemnt Employee of Indiaz citizen, required to obtain No Objection Certificate in prior to attending the H1B Visa interview

Any help in this regard will be greately appreciated.

Unless you are working in the defense sector or have a job dealing with the TAL I suspect there is no need.
