fidelity
Hi, My LCA has different amount than of what i actually get paid. I get way more than what is specified in the LCA. (almost double) Would this be of any concern for stamping? what should i say to the VO? Link to comment

Now i'm planning to go for stamping. What should i tell if VO asks why LCA is lower than salary? Can anyone help me? Appreciate your help!! Thanks, Link to comment
kvenka2
Shouldnt be an issue.. Just make sure your pay doesnt vary too much every month. as long as you are getting paid over the LCA amount, nobody questions you. Link to comment
pras604
I agree with @kvenka2. What's on LCA is reasonable amount for that position. If asked, you could claim that you have gained more experience than when LCA was filed, and your employer pays you more. Link to comment
