vssundeep1986 Posted January 21, 2013 Report Posted January 21, 2013 hi friends, At present i am working in a comapany a and my h1b is expiring in sep 2013 and i am going to apply for h1b extension in april and want to go for stamping is it possible to go for stamping and at present i didnot go for the stamping for the first h1b . Can i go for stamping on the extension in may some of my friend told that we can only go for stamping on extension with in 60 days he is saying i can only go for stamping in aug as i cannot return on the stamping not more than 60 days what are my options and i think going for stamping now when i have only 7 month is very risky please help me with any valuable suggestion thanks, SUNDEEP.
brutz Posted January 21, 2013 Report Posted January 21, 2013 Why don't you got to Canada for stamping and then goto India ? its much faster in Canada and I heard even Hyderabad they are giving visas fast, but i would still suggest, goto Canada and then go to India.
