H4 Visa issued at London, is it necessary that one should start to USA from London?

Hi,

I got my H1B in London embassy. My wife and kid got their H4 along with me.

I am evaluating options of all of us going to the states directly from London or sending my family to India, travel to states alone and later ask them to join me (come from India to states).

Is it mandatory that since their H4 visa is issued in London, does it restrict them to enter US only from London or they can do so from India also?

They can enter into US from anywhere in the world.
