Giri28
My H1B Started from Oct 2012. when I was working with client X.I got my H1b approved while working with them. I am no more working with client X now. I have been working with client Y since 7 months. I am planning to got for my stamping in Canada in this March (or) April. My concern is that I need to do my H1b Amendment I guess, but when I ask my employer about this he say's I need not to my H1b Amendment since I am working on the same job title with Client X and Client Y and I am getting more pay from Client Y rather than Client X, so no need of doing that Amendment. He says that LCA has been taken with Client Y itsenough to show them. How far is it true? Do I need to listen my employer and go for stamping or even if I go for stamping how much chances are there for me to get the stamping done successfully. Please give me your all inputs. Thanks In Advance. Link to comment

pontevecchio
Discuss the matter with a Lawyer and go to India for the visa if you choose. Maybe look very hard for a different H1 employer. Link to comment
