decchange
a quick back ground: i have completed my 6 years in H1B and then got a 3 years extension based on I140 approval which is valid till 2016, now i want to move to new employer and applied for H1B transfer and i got valid extension for one year that is till 2014. Assuming my old employer does not revoke my I-140, Here are my questions: 1. Since i applied for 3 years during H1B transfer and got 1 year based on client letter, am i eligible for 2 more years of extension after the 1st year is completed and apply for extension again with new client letter? 2. is starting my perm process with the new employer again and get through I-140 with in the first year a option for me? Thanks in advance Link to comment
