raunakkumar Posted January 18, 2013 Report Posted January 18, 2013 i am currently working with Company A on L1B visa, My new employer B filed H1B with change of status and got it approved. i dont want to join them now ..but they are saying i am on h1b now(COS) and if i dont join and they revoke h1b application i will be without status in the country, is that true. i want to be with my current company, they have H1 approved for me with counselor stamping. i will be going out of country for that. what are my options.

t75 Posted January 20, 2013 Report Posted January 20, 2013 Do you have an I-94 for H-1B? If so, you are on H-1B and should be working for B.
