Bojavathy Posted January 16, 2013 Report Share Posted January 16, 2013 Hi, I had H1b from 10/2009 till 09/2010. I worked for 6 months and converted back to H4. Now I am about to get a project and was wondering if I can use 2009 approved H1b with my new employer with transfer and extension. Is it possible or do I have go for the lottery again? Find a H1 sponsor to file your non cap H1 petition with COS and on approval join him for a potential total of 5.5 years. Link to comment
