kajmanto Posted January 15, 2013 Report Posted January 15, 2013 My H1 was approved 01/04/12 - 01/03/13 but COS was denied. I applied for appeal and finally got it approved on 01/05/13 but now my H1 has expired. What should I do? Please help!
pontevecchio Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 You should talk to your employer and ask them if they will file an extension H1 petition for you or not.
