RahulKam Posted January 13, 2013 Report Share Posted January 13, 2013 Hi, Since Dec 2011 i was in US from company A on L1B, i applied for H1 from company B and got the petition approved in April 2012 but i didnot join the Company B rather preferred to stick with company A. Did a Leap Frog to void the COS and still with Company A. Now Company A is trying to apply for my H1 in 2013 quota. Would it be possible for me to reinstate the H1 i had got from Company B so that i'm out of the Quota system i.e Cap exempted. My company says because i didnot join company B, the H1 was never active so we cannot Reinstate the Visa. Kindly need some help here. Rahul Link to comment
