If everything goes well, thevisa application would be filed on 1st April 2013 and the approval notice would be recieve by (say sometime in June for regular processsing or earlier for premium processing).When Can I transfer H1 b to other Employer B who is offering me Job with Valid H1?. Is that possible to get transfer H1b to other Employer B before Oct 1 2013 if not when can i transfer that? Please suggest on this... thanks. Link to comment
