Help77 Posted January 13, 2013 Report Share Posted January 13, 2013 Hi, I was on H1-B until I lost my job late August last year.B4 I lost my job, I had applied for F1 and I got it.Now, I hhave a company sponsoring my H1-b. They just filed the petition and said that I don't need to wait for aapproval and can start.Is that legal? I was thinking I am on F1 now and need to wait for approval. Link to comment
