Flower234 Posted January 12, 2013 Report Share Posted January 12, 2013 Hi, Currently in US,I was with company A till dec 2012, with L1 blanket visa which is valid till 2015. Due to lack of projects in current location, i was terminated from employment. I applied COS to L2( husband is in L1 visa with different company) 1. What if i join in same company after EAD? Will i still get my L1 back?? 2. Suppose of they rehire me soon, should i still wait till my EAD? Or i can join my same company in which L1 will be active? 3. How does COS affect? Link to comment
