Flower234 Posted January 12, 2013 Report Posted January 12, 2013 Hi, Currently in US,I was with company A till dec 2012, with L1 blanket visa which is valid till 2015. Due to lack of projects in current location, i was terminated from employment. I applied COS to L2( husband is in L1 visa with different company) 1. What if i join in same company after EAD? Will i still get my L1 back?? 2. Suppose of they rehire me soon, should i still wait till my EAD? Or i can join my same company in which L1 will be active? 3. How does COS affect?
pontevecchio Posted January 12, 2013 Report Posted January 12, 2013 You can work on the basis of the L2 EAD for any employer. You must wait for the EAD.

pontevecchio Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 L1 is based on the company. You should try and get a H1 sponsor.
