bina.usa Posted January 11, 2013 Report Share Posted January 11, 2013 Hello Everyone, I got my visa stamped in the November 2011, which is valid thru Sept 2014. My Employer has recently filed for H1-B amendment due to changes in my salary for which the petition is approved. If I leave USA, can I re-enter with the current visa stamp or do I have to get my visa stamped again with the amended H1-B? Thanks in advance. Link to comment
