tanmaywaikar Posted January 9, 2013 Report Posted January 9, 2013 Hi, My wife is having valid H4 till my H1B visa expiry date.Her employer in India is filing for H1B in 2013 cap. Will there be any problem if she travels to US on vacation for 2-3 months after her H1B filing is done for 2013? Thanks.
