Is there any way to apply fresh or extension in April 2013? My employer didn’t file labor/green card for me. Couple of new H1B holder told me that as per some new rule I can apply for fresh H1b in April 2013. Thanks!

JoeF Posted January 9, 2013 Report Posted January 9, 2013 There is no new rule. Don't listen to rumors. You have to be outside the US for one year before an employer can file a new H1 for you.
