H1B ammed/recaptur/extension & Perm filing parallel

Hello experts

my employer is filing my H1B amend/recapture/extension for a new location and from that new location perm needs to start.

1) Hence just wanted to find out is it possible to file parallel H1B amend/extension and perm together.

2) Pls advise if Perm for new location can only start once the H1B is approved for new work location.

A H-1B visa amendment for a new work location (and the associated Labor Condition Application (LCA)) and any other H-1B visa related processes (e.g. extension) are completely separate from a PERM Labor Certification application. In order words, they are separate processes that can be done in any order or in parallel.
