Pending Family based green card application and apply new H1 visa

I lived in US from july 2003 to Nov 2010 , in F1 and H1 Status , I moved to UK after that .

My brother who is a US citizen is planning to apply for Family based green card for me .

will the Family based green card pending status in future will affect my H1 application if i plan to apply one in future

Please let me know

No. It will not. H1 is considered dual intent and allows for Immigrant Intent.
