ultimateuser365 Posted January 7, 2013 Report Posted January 7, 2013 I am currently on H4 and have filed for COS from H4 to F1 in November 2012. The start date on my I-20 was 07-Jan-2013. The status of my application is "Initial Review". Since we have passed 07-Jan-2013 date, do we have the school create a new I-20 for the next available batch and submit the new I-20 to USCIS? Could this be done electronically (my initial submission was manual). Thanks in advance for your time and really appreciate your time to answer my questions.
