raj09 Posted January 7, 2013 Report Share Posted January 7, 2013 I lost my passport and my student visa has expired on that passport. I have I797 approval for my H1B till oct2014. Now I am applying for a new passport. My question is Do i need to go for H1B stamping immediatley after getting new passport as my student visa has expired on my old passport?
