vars Posted January 7, 2013 Report Share Posted January 7, 2013 Hi , I left US when i had 22 months of H1 period left in my 6 years of H1 , The H1 expired in oct 2012 . Can a company who is ready to sponsor me a H1 and reuse the H1 status i had to file as CAP-EXEMPT . I do have the option to file for new H1 since i stayed out of US for more than a year , but if i can use the CAP-EXempt i can start working immediately ?? Please let me know Thanks Link to comment
