tiburona83
I am offered a position as a professor at a prominent school. However, they are not tenure, tenure-track employer. Rather a contract employer. Can I still be eligible for EB1? If so, then how can we overcome the "no-tenure"? I currently hold H-1B visa. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Since most positions are not tenured it does not matter. Please get in touch with the firm of Murthy and discuss your credentials and ways to go ahead. Link to comment
t75
What "prominent" university does not have tenure/tenure track positions? You appear to be misstating the reputation of the institution. Contract employees are typically instructors and would not have the requirements to do research and publish. Link to comment
