SUDPS Posted January 6, 2013 Report Posted January 6, 2013 Guys, I have H1B visa interview in February in Canada. I have not gone for the H1B Stamping after I got converted from F1, student to H1B. I did visit India as a student but have not gone out of country after I got into H1B and its been very very long time that I visited India. Do you think that its an issue during the stamping???? And what should I answer if they ask why I didn't go to the home country for so long????
pontevecchio Posted January 6, 2013 Report Posted January 6, 2013 The answer is it is not their business.
SUDPS Posted January 7, 2013 Author Report Posted January 7, 2013 Thanks for your reply Pontevecchio. Experts if you have any other answer, please let me know.
pontevecchio Posted January 8, 2013 Report Posted January 8, 2013 If you are polite the visa depends on facts like job credibility, layers documents. Bending over backwards is not dignified. Only you know why you did not bother to visit your home for so long. If your College was accredited and not one of those infamous ones you should have no problem. You are not a visa Officer and should stop imagining questions which may or may not be asked. What is the name of your college from where you graduated? I will give you an almost exact opinion of your chances.
