Also what are the chances of getting his visa, as I know it will easy for women H4 candidates than Men. Thanks!
pontevecchio Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 They may ask for any documentation regarding the validity of your H1 status and hence you should have him take all. It is NOT true that the H4 visa approval chances depend on the sex of the individual.
rrr2008 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Posted January 4, 2013 You need the employment verification letter for H4 visa. In most of the cases, there should not be any issues with H4 visa stamping. If we go with proper documentation there are fair chances of getting the visa.
