NYCRocks
Hello: Need your help. I didn't surrender(forgot) my I-94 during the last India visit in Nov 2011. I was in India for several months and then came back. I also got my visa stamping done at the Mumbai Consulate during this visit. Can you, please, advise what I need to do to ensure the USCIS has accurate record of my departure? This is my 2nd H1-B term and I am looking to add the time I was outside the US to my visa duration. Could this incident cause any issues? Thanks so much for your help. Best Regards Link to comment
