sundip17
Hi Experts, I am currently done with all my 6 years H1-B. My I-140 has been filed (Aug 29th, 2012) under regular processing as my Approved PERM Original Certificate was lost (either not generated by DOL or lost in mail). The I-140 has been filed using the email approval notice of the PERM. At the same time, my H1-B 1 year extension has also been filed for citing the pending I-140. (a month back). I am seriously thinking about an EB3->Eb2 swithover. I have a Masters with 6 years experience. At which point in my status can I apply for new jobs/transfers targetted towards an EB2? Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Should I wait for any specific duration of time after I-140 is approved before the switchover? Thanks, Link to comment
