URGENT : Print out of Employee Verification Letter

Hi All,

I understand that Employee Verification Letter is mandatory for H1 visa stamping. I have my interview on 10th January and leaving for India on 4th January.

So I have only 2 days to get this letter. Is it fine if I show print out of this letter to the VO? My company can email me the letter and I can get the print out.

Is it fine to show printout or it needs to be original letter only? Can showing printout cause any issue for stamping?

A letter should be in letter head having sign in its original ink...a print out wont workout or it will raise for query or more processing.....

Don't take risk. All you have to do is spend $25 for FedEx overnight shipping. And you got TWO more days

It was same case with me and I took color print out with me on resume paper and it was completely fine.

Also in my case I did not have an option to get it shipped even by overnight but if you have an option, you can try that too.
