bsaurav Posted December 31, 2012 Report Posted December 31, 2012 Hi, I have a situation here and I need some light on it -- i am on my 7th year of H1B. I have valid H1B till end of July 2013. I changed my employer two months ago. I managed to extend my h1b till june, 2013 based on pending I-140 in appeal from my earler company. My new company is processing gc afresh since december 2012. What are my options to stay in H1B beyond june?
