I worked for Company B for 5 years and received my EAD using Company B, but i would like to maintain my H1B that's why i didn't switch to EAD status yet.After 5 years the Company B is spinned off (Separated), i was moved to company B as per the company interest and they applied for H1B transfer. Do I need to go for the visa stamping when i leave and enter the country? Link to comment
