Company A was Bought by Other Company

Hello Everyone,

Currently i am working as Full Time Employee in company A and they are in the process of applying my GC(Will apply I-140 in a month or so). But recently Company A was been bought by Company B. What would be the impact with this?

I was in the same boat, but the company buying kept my old company as an subsidiary so the GC process was on track without issues.
