Have Visitor Visa and apply for H4 Visa.

Hi,

I have visitor(B1/B2) visa and already visited US for multiple times to visit my family. Now i am applying for H4 as my wife is still in US.

My question is, will there be any problem to my H4 and what kind of questions may the counsiler will ask. Does any one come accross this situation/applied before

Your H4 visa is based on the credibility of your spouses H1 status. If that is not a problem you will get your H4 visa.
