Renewal of Old H1

I have got H1B by ABC Company in 2007 and worked 8 months in US and then returned back.

after that I have joined another company in India and have been deputed in US on L1.Now I want to change my job using the old H1B and want to know the possibility in my case.

Details :

H1 Received : Oct 2007

US visit first time : June 2008

Returned back to India : Jan 2009

H1 Visa Expired : Sep 2010

Joined another company in India : Dec 2009

L1B Received : Feb 2011

Deputed in US on L1B : Feb 2011

H1 Visa Expired on 21st Sep 2010 and got a stamp of "Cancelled without preJudice" when stamped L1B in 2011.

Documents available :

1. All pay stubs,W2 forms while working on H1 and L1B.

2. Application number of H1B.

Queries ;

1. Can I renew my H1B now in US and start working on that?

2. Renewal will be part of new quota or not?

3. What are the minimum documents required to apply renewal?

I spoke to 2 consultancies, one said it is possible but the other one denied..not sure if this is possible or not.
