Applied for H1 Extn, License Reinstated, Expecting a child soon

Hello,

I recently got my I140 approved, and my H1 extn is applied on 12/18/2012 in regular processing. My current H1 is expired on 12/21/2012. On my license I got a document-check about I797 expiry date, if not submitted will be reinstated on 12/24/2012 (which I came to know just today). My wife is on H4 and we are expecting baby on Feb 2nd 2012.

Can I avoid my license reinstatement with H1-extn receipt?

After the child birth, will it be any problem at the hospital if my license is reinstated and my H1 extn is still not approved?

Can I convert to premium processing once my H1 is applied in regular processing.

Appreciate your answers/suggestions on my questions.
