vahb
I plan on visiting canada by road and arriving back to US the next day. Do I need to surrender my I-94 and ask for a new I-94 on my way back. What is the procedure I need to follow when travelling by road to Canada? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Unless you are going for a visa stamp you retain the I94 and come back with it. Link to comment
gcseeker2013
I already have a stamped visa on my passport. Does that mean I do not have to submit I-94. I read on the back of the form that I need to surrender I-94 form when departing US Link to comment
pontevecchio
You would use AVR for trips less than 30 days in duration to Canada. That implies holding on to the I94. Link to comment
