jaibalani
I am currently based in India and got married in July 2012, my wife was based in London back then on Tier 1 visa. To be with my wife I applied for UK Tier 1 dependent visa in August 2012 it was rejected based on same very basic financial documentation errors. Hence my wife decided to move back to India and travelled to London to get her stuff back but she was held at immigration and deported stating the reason that her salary is less than 40K per annum. We did not challenge my visa rejection or her deportation as we had no interest in going to UK anyways. I recently got a job offer from a US company and my H1B petition has been approved. Will me and my wife have any issues during H1B and H4 stamping due to our recent issues with UK? Link to comment
pontevecchio
You should discuss the matter with say the firm of Murthy with all the facts as a matter of abundant caution. Link to comment
