H1 stamping validity after employer change

I work for a consulting firm .....i recently got my h1 stamping done..its valid till 2014..iam back in US and planning to move to a new employer.......after moving to new employer ...if i go to india do i need to go for stamping again

for H4, your spouse doesn't need your visa stamp. She needs your 797.

The stamp is not material. What is material is your valid H1 status and your employer credibility. Her H4 visa will be based on your valid H1 status and nothing else unless she is subject to the TAL. H4 status and visa are not employer dependent.
