rahul412
I am getting married next year, so will it affect my spouse to get H4 visa with the old stamping what i have............. for H4, your spouse doesn't need your visa stamp. She needs your 797. Link to comment
pontevecchio
The stamp is not material. What is material is your valid H1 status and your employer credibility. Her H4 visa will be based on your valid H1 status and nothing else unless she is subject to the TAL. H4 status and visa are not employer dependent. Link to comment
