H4 to H1B Transfer and stamping for the new h1

Hi,

I had come to US last year on H4 (August 2011). I have prior 4.11 yrs of work exp in India. This year in Aptril 2012 i got my H1B approved and I have started working from 1st Oct 2012 on new H1 B which is valid till 2016.

Now if i'm planning to travel to India in the month of February 2013, is there any risk that you forsee when I go for my h1B stamping. Reason being i would have only 3-5 months of wrk exp on teh visa (Oct,2012-Jan, 2013).

PLease advice.

The visa is totally dependent on employer credibility. If you are working for a halfway decent firm and have all the documentation you will be fine specially if you are a direct hire.
