H4 transfer from india .

Hi

I am currently in india on H4 with a valid stamping(Company A) until August 2013 . My spouse got an offer from a new employer(Company B) and planning to move to new employer (Company B) . And my question's here are .

1. Is H4 transfer required along with H1 .

2. If required do i need to be in USA for transfer process .

3. If transfer is complete do i need to go for stamping to enter in to USA.

4. Can i enter with my old visa stamp (Company A) and new approval notice of my spouse .

please help me out .

Only 4. is correct. The rest needs to be deleted as not factual. H4 is a status based on coming in with a H4 visa and the valid H1 status of your spouse. The H4 visa is not company related irrespective of the initial notation.
