H1 visa stamping after joining the new employer

Hi there,

I have my H1 transfer approved in Nov 28 2012 and joined my new employer on 10th Dec 2012.

I have got an appointment for Visa stamping on 7th Jan, 2013 in Toronto.

The reason, am going for stamping as my family lives in Toronto and we are all have PR VISA in Canada valid till 2015.

I need your views on the outcome of this scenario

I see one of two possibilities. Approval or denial. Approval is based on the credibility of both parties and has nothing to do with where you apply for a visa.

It is not mandatory to get stamping for new H1B transfer approval I-797.
