H1B activation

Hi All,

Need your precious suggestions. My H1B was approved and was valid till OCT 2009 to OCT 2011. I started working for a company and due to some emergencies has to leave to India for good in April 2010. I used my H1B for 6 months and now I want to go back on my work visa now. Will it be possible to reinitiate my H1B which was used for 6 months and start working for a company? Please give me possible options to activate my H1B visa now.

If your H1B visa is not expired in your passport then you can use the same visa to travel US. There is no such thing called re-activate. You can even transfer your H1B to any company in US.

I do not have H1B stamp on my passport and my Visa was valid till 2011 . Can I use this visa and tranfer to any other company willing to sponsor as my current company is not procesing any H1B visas?

Visa is a stamp. Do not confuse visa and petition. Find a H1 employer to file a non cap H1 petition and on approval get the visa and come over.
