kkr_33@yahoo.com Posted December 12, 2012 Report Posted December 12, 2012 Hi though my H1B (I797)was till Apr 2013 Port of entry gave me Dec 2012 as i94 expiry date. my visa ends in Dec 2012. I moved to a new company and got new H1B tll Jul 2013. So as i have i94 which i got earlier at port of entry with expiry as Dec 2012.... do i need to go out of country?
