If I travel to India on July 2013 and enter back to US on early August 2013 on H4 will I be having any issues if my H1b is approved / filed / pending status? satya2k1 Posted January 9, 2013 Report Posted January 9, 2013 I do see one issue if you travel back to US on H4, is your I94 dates. When you arrive the immigration officer at port of entry stamp your I94 with latest dates which is on your H4 approval notice but not H1 approval notice. This is my opinion..I am not a lawyer.
