Attorney appear for H1B Stamping

Hello,

I am on my 3rd H1B and have not left USA in 7+ years for the fear of being rejected at my H1B stamping at the consulate outside the USA.

Is it possible to hire an attorney and have the attorney travel to Canada or so on my behalf and appear for my H1B stamping?

Dude, you are going for interview not for court hearing. Why do you want to hire attorney for this simple thing?? Did you do any crime??

I guess you never attended any H1 interview before, because consulate doesn't allow persons other than applicants which you doesn't know.

If you can't even attend an interview, then why did you applied for H1??

It is possible to hire a Good firm to go over your paperwork and suggest whatever additional paperwork may help.

u can hire attorany to check / proof read your documents but not to appear before VO , because the visa is for you ( 18 years to 65 years have to be in person)
