h1b20121209
HI I am on H1B and have extension till Sept 2013 with present employer, I had stamping till Sept 2012 so I need stamping if go out of country. also I am in planning to change employer, In this situation we are planning to send my wife(On H4) and baby(US Citizen) to India, she has extension same as mine. I have few questions 1 Is it safe bet to send dependent for stamping when primary does not have latest stamping? 2 If she goes what are the chances of not required to go for interview. 3 what are the minimum documents required to send along with visa stamping Thanks In advance. pontevecchio
1. It is legal. 2. You have to research any new procedures in place for interview waivers if applicable. 3. The same as last time except that you may need the latest H1 approval if you change jobs. Link to comment
