Travel with extended I94

Hi

My L1B Visa is valid till March 2013 and my I 94 also expires the same day as visa. I have applied for extension and waiting for the approval.

I have the following questions -

1. After the extension approved, can I travel to India on 2 weeks vacation and come back before March 2013, if so do my extended I 94 be still valid or should i reapply for extension?

2. Can I travel after March 2013 with extended I 94 and return to US?

Any time you enter you need

1. A valid L1 visa

2. An approved L1 petition or an extension L1 petition and the I94 on entry will be till the end of the extension. Every time you leave you will get a new I94 on coming back subject to the above.
