I'm in a process of getting offer from company B and Company B is ready to transfer my visa. I'm planing to intiate a H1B transfer and goto India without resigning from Company A (By taking leaves) and resign from Company A after coming back to US. The question is, to travel back to US do I need to go for stamping ? (Because by that time my transfer would have happend) Pease Advice. Regards, Rajesh Link to comment
