anjali2117 Posted December 7, 2012 Report Share Posted December 7, 2012 Currently going through an H1 transfer, RFE, etc.. I-94 and stamped visa is valid until end of 2013. 1. Do all approved transfers have a new I-94? What happens when there's no I-94 with new I-797? Does it affect employment or status? 2. In the situation above (no I-94 with new I-797), can a new employer file for transfer or is there a separate procedure for that? Thanks Link to comment
