I have some uniques situation....

Since initially I accepted the offer for company-B (a consulting company) and I didn't join with them. Is there any chance company-B ask many for H1B filing or didn't joining with their client.

Company-C offer is good and full-time position.

My worry is that, company-B take any action on me for not joining with them ?

Read your contract and if necessary run it by a Labor Lawyer in the relevant state.

In general, unless the beneficiary of an H1B petition signs a contract with a company which includes a liquidated damages clause for not joining, the employer is unlikely to be able to collect damages from the beneficiary.

I signed the W2 agreemenet and never said any where about the liquidated damages clause for not joining or any others.
