H4 Extension without I94

Hi

I am in situation which i was not at all aware of till now.

I am on H1 B and My wife is on H4.

In july we had filed for H1B extension and h4 Extension together .

Oct 30 our extension are approved.

I got my I797 and I94 extented.

My wife extension approval copy we recived That is just a copy of I539 with out I 94.

Original is supposed to go to lawer office but they had yet to recived it.

I had taken info pass and went to talk to immigration officer.They called Texas office and they were supposed to send the original copy.

Today i got mail from USCIS that there is no issue in I539.

on H4 they don't issue new I94 card.

Till now i had got extensions 4 times and all the time i got I94 with H4.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

I had not recived original copy on I539 also.

License for my wife is expired and they are asking for I94 and USCIS is telling I94 is not issued for H4 only for H1.

I am just stuck and not sure what to do.
