rahul412 Posted December 7, 2012 Report Posted December 7, 2012 Hi, Thank you,I am looking for the attorney to amend my LCA on this process. Can i have the contact details?? You won't do anything for amending your LCA. Your employer has to do it, and he should have an attorney for that. If he can't even hire attorney, it's better to leave that employer.
chandu.lalapeta@gmail.com Posted December 7, 2012 Author Report Posted December 7, 2012 Thanks Rahul, Is there a LCA basic application fee for amending to the new location?
rahul412 Posted December 9, 2012 Report Posted December 9, 2012 Thanks Rahul, Is there a LCA basic application fee for amending to the new location? You employer has to take care of this stuff. You don't need to bother about the amendment. If your employer is not ready to file amendment then its time to change your employer.
Sheshi Posted December 12, 2012 Report Posted December 12, 2012 Yes. But let a Lawyer handle the paperwork. Hi there, I am also in the same boat, but my question is for this change in new LCA i.e, from office address to home address does we need to change I129 for amending the petition???If so is that mandatory to change I129 or just LCA change is fine?? Kindly suggest
